Parent Revolution

We are Parents who understand the importance of having a hands on experience with the development of our sons and daughters.  We take time out of our schedule and invest it into the spirit and soul of our children.  We believe that our involvement is critical to our students as they journey through life on uncharted waters.  We know that through our commitment that our young people will stand strong in temptation and will keep the righteous banner of Christ lifted high. 

we invite you to become involved in the lives of your students at a church level

we have two key areas of involvement below 

#1 Parent Prayer

We all know the importance of prayer.  We know also that the church today is supported by the prayers of its people.  Our Pastors' hearts beat with prayer.  We have taken this understanding and have incorporated it into Revolution Student Ministries of Covenant International Church.    We provide an opportunity for Parents to pray for the various areas of youth ministry from physical and spiritual growth, to the parents of Revolution and their families, believing God's best for them.  We specifically pray over the student's and parent's prayer requests that come in as well.  The effect is powerful, requests come in, they go out to all parents signed up to be apart, prayer begins, and results come to pass.  If you would like more information about Parent Prayer,  e-mail us today.  We keep everything confidential and you can e-mail us to recieve a copy and review our CIC Parent Prayer Guidelines.  This is only for parents of students who are members of CIC.

#2 Parent Helps

One of the greatest areas to serve in ministry is in the minstry to students.  We know you spend time with them at home, at their school, and at their games.  This gives you as the parents to be involved on a church level in the life of not only your teenager, but in the lives of those who may not have a parent or lack the that spiritual figure in their life.  There are many areas to get involved in here.  Open up your house for one of our hang out nights, volunteer at one of our many special services at Revolution, or go on one of our trips we take through out the year.  This is another area of hands on help that you can contribute to the life your student and others in their environment.  We encourage all parents of Revolution Students to be a participator in this great area of ministry.  If you want more information and want to sign up e-mail us today.  Again this is only for parents of students who are members of CIC and have gone through our Volunteer Training Program.
