Thank you for your interest in holding your wedding at Covenant International Church. The only marriage ceremonies that may be performed at CIC are "Covenant Marriage" ceremonies. Be assured of our prayers on your behalf as you eagerly anticipate and make arrangement for your special day.
Pastor Seratt and the congregation of Covenant International Church are committed to your lifetime success as husband and wife. Experience has taught us that certain principles and guidelines, when followed, will contribute to the success of your wedding and marriage. Our excellent premarital class based on God’s Word coupled with my personalized assistance in planning your ceremony will be of great benefit to you.
The “WEDDING POLICY” and “WEDDING APPLICATION,” available for download below, detail the steps necessary to ensure that your wedding ceremony will be conducted in a Christ like, orderly and edifying manner. Wedding Fees Covenant International Church has established a fee for all weddings. These fees cover the basic services rendered by the Wedding Coordinator, Maintenance Department, Audio Technician, and Lighting Technician (for a list of services that are covered, contact the Wedding Coordinator). These people may not be replaced with volunteers regardless of their qualifications. For services requested beyond the basics, extra fees will apply. Please review the “WEDDING POLICY” for more details. The final payment for your wedding must be received at least 30 days prior to your wedding date.
Onsite Weddings
WEDDING - Sanctuary (members) $600.00 (includes $200 non-refundable deposit)
WEDDING - Sanctuary (non-members) $800.00 (includes $200 non-refundable deposit)
WEDDING - Chapel* (members) $300.00 (includes $200.00 non-refundable deposit)
WEDDING - Chapel* (non-members) $350.00 (includes $200.00 non-refundable deposit)
RECEPTION - Chapel* $600.00 (includes $200.00 non-refundable deposit)
* Weddings and/or Receptions in the Chapel are limited to 100 people.
Offsite Weddings
WEDDING (members) $300.00 (deposit not required)
WEDDING (non-members) $400.00 (deposit not required)
THE PURPOSE OF PREMARITAL MINISTRY:
We believe that entering into Covenant Marriage should be done with great care and reverence, as this is a life-long commitment. We offer the Covenant Premarital course to help couples prepare for a Godly marriage and have a better understanding of what the marriage (covenant) commitment involves. Through this process we encourage couples to set aside time for the marriage preparation instead of concentrating only on the wedding plans. The Covenant Premarital Course helps prepare engaged couples for a Godly marriage. Couples who participate in our premarital course will have a better understanding of what the marriage (covenant) commitment involves. A marriage is for a lifetime! The Covenant Premarital Course fee is $35 per couple
INVOLVEMENT TIME: Before You Say "I Do."
This four-hour training covers a variety of subject material including: Covenant Marriage/Commitment, Communication/Conflict Resolution, God's role for husband and wife and Finances. The premarital teaching is taught by couples who have strong Christ-centered marriages.
The following requirements must be met in order to receive premarital counseling or have your wedding at CIC and/or performed by a minister of CIC.
• You must be entering into a Covenant Marriage. Please CLICK HERE to review the Covenant Marriage and it's conditions and terms.
• There must be a 1 month notice from the time you contact the Wedding Coordinator to the date of your wedding.
• You must both a ttend the CIC Premarital Course (see CIC Calendar for the next session).
• We must receive a completed wedding packet with a $200.00 security deposit to hold your wedding date. (See “How To Book a Wedding at CIC).
