Master planned to grow with Covenant International Church, our new campus includes five structures. Our first priority will include a Hall seating 1,100 people, a Children's Education Building and a Youth Programs Building. Subsequent construction phases will include a Chapel, a Church Office and a Sanctuary seating 2,250 people.
Inspired by the ideal that Covenant International Church is a Sanctuary within our busy world, the heart of our campus is designed to be in the center of our 16-acre property, well placed from 83rd avenue. Lushly landscaped with an allee of Date Palms along the entry drive we recall the grand tradition of the formal gardens. The design of the buildings is inspired by the traditions of Tuscany, and sunny landscapes. Stone columns, bases and cornice lines grace the building facades lending a richness of detail and texture.
The heart of our campus is a cobble paved fountain court. Each building opens onto this grand courtyard defined by a surrounding tile-roofed arcade. We envision this courtyard to be a graceful centerpiece for our new church home... a place to grow with our congregation.
